Dog & Goose Waste Cleanup is a professional pet (and pest) waste removal service. We visit your property on a scheduled basis, thoroughly remove pet waste from your yard, and leave your outdoor space clean, safe, and enjoyable for your family and pets.

1) What is Dog & Goose Waste Cleanup?

Simply choose a one time weekly service plan. We arrive on your scheduled service day, thoroughly clean the designated areas of your yard, and securely close any gates before leaving.

2) How does the service work?
3) Do I need to be home for service?

No. As long as we have access to your yard, you do not need to be home during your scheduled cleanup.

4) Can my dog be outside while you are servicing the yard?

Friendly dogs are generally fine, but for everyone's safety we ask that aggressive dogs or dogs that may escape be kept indoors or securely confined during service.

5) How do I know my gate is secure when you leave?

We take gate security seriously. We provide a completion photo showing your gate closed and secured after service. We will text or email this photo to you. 

6) What happens to the waste after it is collected?

We pickup all the waste in compostable bags and dispose of it for you.

7) How do you prevent the spread of germs between properties?

We disinfect our boots and equipment between every property using pet-safe, kennel-grade disinfectant to help prevent the spread of bacteria and parasites.

8) Do you provide service during the winter?

Yes. We remove all visible waste throughout the winter. As snow melts, any previously hidden waste is collected during regular visits. Clients who maintain service year-round avoid spring cleanup fees.

9) Can I pause my service?

Yes. Service can be paused when you're away. If a significant amount of waste accumulates during the pause, a one-time cleanup fee may apply before regular service resumes.

10) What happens during bad weather?

Service may be delayed during severe weather conditions, including thunderstorms or unsafe winter driving coditions. If we need to postpone a visit, we'll communicate with affected customers and resume service as soon as conditions are safe.

11) What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cash payments. Credit cards can be set up for automatic recurring billing.

12) Are you insured?

Yes. Kawartha Poop Pros is a registered and insured business. 

13) How do I cancel my service?

There is no contract and you can cancel at anytime, however we require 24 notice before your regular scheduled cleanup. 

14) How does scheduling work?

Scheduling and service time is based on routing and which days of the we are in your area.
